Job Purpose

We are looking for a looking for bubbly highly motivated and ambitious individuals to join the Olympic Family.  You will be taking calls from the public and travel agents, selling holidays to beautiful parts of the world. 

Duties and Responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for building package holidays from quote to booking stage (including flights, accommodation, transfers) including bespoke island-hopping itineraries using our in-house reservations system (@comRes). Servicing both direct customers and travel agents.
  • Ensuring the correct business rules are applied according to the type of booking.
  • Liaise with external suppliers for additional inventory / special requests.
  • Have exceptional customer service when answering telephone calls and email enquiries, with a confident and professional manner.
  • Completion of related administration work related to bookings ensuring all information is passed to the relevant departments and suppliers.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills to manage inbound calls, emails and chasing quotes.
  • Dependent upon aptitude, possibility of specialising in various reservations fields, i.e. Weddings, Group Travel etc.
  • Occasionally assisting other departments when required.

Hours of Work

37.5-hour week, but flexibility to work evenings, weekends and Bank holidays required (time off in lieu as appropriate).
