Description
The Mediterraneo Hotel is a complex offering panoramic sea views from its elevated position overlooking the beautiful bay of Hersonissos and only 400m to the closest public beach. Here guests are afforded peace and privacy following a warm welcome from the friendly, helpful staff. Rooms are elegant and comfortable and kept spotlessly clean.
In the grounds, two fabulous large swimming pools are directly surrounded by gardens and terraces for sunbathing. The grass parasols lend a distinctly tropical air to the scene and provide shade to protect against the heat when the sun is at its highest. Cool off even more with refreshing drinks from the bar close by. If you've a passion for poolside posing, shape up in the fitness room, or factor in friendly competition with fellow guests in a game of volleyball or tennis on the hotel's own courts. When the grown ups chill out after their exertions, children can, too, in their own swimming pools ... or maybe they're still burning off energy in the playground.
Many small sand and shingle beaches are within a few minute's walk and the bars, restaurants, tavernas and shops in the centre of Hersonissos are also within easy reach. If an excursion into the cosmopolitan resort of Heraklion takes your fancy. Bus station 100m away and taxis are available.

Twin Room Side Sea View Room (25m2) sleeps up to 3 persons with air conditioning, satellite TV, safety deposit box (payable locally), Wi-Fi (payable locally), fridge, telephone, hairdryer, bathroom with bath or shower and a balcony or terrace.
Junior Suite (32m2) sleeps up to 4 persons and have a separate bedroom with a double bed and a room with single beds plus the amenities the twin rooms have which are shown above.
One Bedroom Suites with Private Pool (55m2) sleeps up to 5 people and features the amenities shown above and include two sunbeds by your private pool. The 5th bed is a long sofa, which is more suitable for children. Please note that this accommodation is unsuitable for those with walking difficulties.

Drinks: Water, soft drinks, filter coffee and tea, local alcoholic drinks (Ouzo, Raki, Brandy, Vodka, Run and Gin), local draught beer and wine are available at the pool bar area from (11:00-23:00) and at the main bar.
