At Olympic Holidays we work hard to make sure that everyone can have a comfortable journey and enjoyable holiday whatever their needs.
It is your responsibility to advise us of any requirement that you need guaranteed before a booking is made, such as a room with a walk in shower, disabled friendly room, accommodation with no steps. We would need to check with the accommodation provider if such rooms/facilities are available prior to your commitment to the booking.
If you have already made your booking and have a disability of any kind, and you need special room requests you must tell us at least 14 days before so that we can make the necessary service providers aware.
Pre-booked medical seats: Can be booked for the passenger who requires the assistance, plus 1 carer. Any further members travelling must purchase their own. With most airlines, anyone requesting assistance may not sit in extra space seats.
Transfers: You may need to upgrade to a relevant large taxi / minibus If you are carrying wheelchairs / scooters etc and will be charged for it.
Please note that coach transfers do not always have the space for extra large items.
Island Hopping and secondary islands: Whether travelling alone or with family / friends, there is unfortunately no assistance / lifts as such for boarding ferries. Please be prepared to manage baggage and mobility items yourselves.
