Spain - Canary Islands

Tenerife

If your holiday booking includes shuttle bus transfers, upon arrival, after collecting your luggage, please proceed to the MTS Globe Office Desk at the arrival’s hall 2, desk 17.

Please identify yourself to a representative by showing them a copy of your Olympic holidays booking voucher. Here you will find your representative who will give you the approximate time of departure of the coach from the Airport to resort (maximum 60 minutes waiting time), and will indicate the location of your coach or in case of private transfer will introduce you to your driver who will lead you to your vehicle. In the event of a problem with your luggage if possible, please send one person from your party to our office or contact the emergency number on +34 871 551 781 to advise our representative / driver of the delay.

Please identify yourself by showing your Olympic Holidays Booking Voucher. For private transfers, after collecting your luggage please proceed to the arrivals hall where a driver will be waiting with a sign showing your name. Please identify yourself by showing your Olympic Holidays Booking Voucher.

Once here, please make yourself known to a representative by showing them a copy of your Olympic Holidays booking voucher. The representative there will give you the approximate time of departure of the coach from the Airport to resort (maximum 60 minutes waiting time for shuttle service) and will indicate the location of your coach. In the event of a problem with your luggage, if possible, please send one person from your party to the meeting point to advise our representative of the delay.

If you have booked private transfers, please proceed to the arrivals hall where a driver will be waiting for you outside with a clipboard showing your name. Please identify yourself to the driver by showing them a copy of your booking voucher. In the event of a problem with your luggage, if possible, please send one person from your party to the meeting point to advise our representative of the delay or call the emergency number if you are unable to leave the luggage waiting area +34 871 556 828.

Malta

If your package holiday includes shuttle bus transfers; Once you have collected your luggage, please proceed into the arrivals hall (turn left after Customs) where in front of you next to Costa Coffee Shop you will find a welcome booth with the names of MTS and Robert Arrigo & Sons. Please identify yourself to the booth attendant by showing them a copy of your booking. They will then inform you how to proceed to your transfer.
Please note there is a waiting time of up to 60 mins from when you go to the booth until you depart the airport.

If you have booked private transfers: Once you have collected your luggage, please proceed into the arrivals hall (turn left after Customs) where in front of you next to Costa Coffee Shop you will find a welcome booth with the names of MTS and Robert Arrigo & Sons.  There you will find a driver holding a sign with your name. Please identify yourself with him/her and confirm accommodation name that you are travelling to. You will then proceed with the driver to the vehicle.

Croatia

If you have also booked with a transfer please watch look out for a  "OTS/MTS Globe" representative/driver holding a board with your names at arrivals gate/hall. Please identify yourself by showing a copy of your booking voucher. Please do not leave the arrivals hall until you have located your representative/ driver. In the event of being delayed with your luggage, please send one person of your party to advise our representative/driver of your delay. Please note, there can be up to a 90-minute wait for shuttle transfers.

If you cannot find our service staff at arrivals please proceed to the information desk at the airport in the Arrivals area or contact us on the telephone numbers provided. If you have only booked a hotel with please organize your transfer by taxi or rent a car on your own. There are also public buses operating to the city center.

Sicily and Sardinia

If you have booked arrival transfers for a package holiday in Sicily and Sardinia upon arrival at your destination airport either a driver or an airport representative will be waiting for you, holding a sign bearing your name in the arrivals hall. Please note, there can be up to a 90 minute wait for shuttle transfers.

If you have booked return transfers from your accommodation when on a package holiday in Sicily and Sardinia; you will receive a pick up time directly at the hotel. Details will be sent to your hotel by fax 2 days before departure; with all the relevant details and contact numbers (emergency numbers). The emergency number for Sardinia and Sicily is 0039-081-8071581.

Greece, Cyprus, Goa and Gambia

If you have transfers included with your package holiday or if you have paid extra to add them to your booking, you will be met on arrival at the resort airport and you will be directed to your transfer. Please note there can be up to a 60 minute wait for shuttle transfers,

If you have booked Shuttle bus transfer a representative will direct you to your transport. Waiting time for shuttle transfers can be up to 60 minutes.

Egypt - Hurghada

Joining instructions: Upon exiting the Terminal, our MTS reps will be waiting for the guests with MTS signs and MTS uniform. These reps will take the guests to their vehicles and to their hotels. Please note, there can be up to a 60-minute wait for shuttle transfers.

Cape Verde

If your holiday booking includes shuttle bus transfers, upon arrival, after collecting your luggage, when you exit the arrivals hall you will see a driver with a board with logo "W2M". Present your voucher to the driver and he will direct you to your waiting transport. Please note that due to the flight times, there may be a waiting time of up to one hour. For departures, confirmation of your pick-up time will be given to you on your arrival transfer, wait time for collection from hotel reception is up to 15 minutes after the schedule time. Emergency phone number if you are delayed at arrivals, not given a hotel pick up time or for any other queries regarding transfers: 00238 918 32 64 (Sal Island) or 00238 918 91 31 (Boa Vista Island). In case of incidence, clients should never leave the airport without previously calling their transfer company where they will receive further instructions.
